Governance
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees that meets regularly to review programs, budgets and impact. Day-to-day operations are managed by a small core team supported by a network of volunteers and partner organisations.
Financial accountability
Our accounts are independently audited each year. Annual reports, audited financial statements and a summary of program outcomes are published openly and shared with donors, partners and the communities we serve.
Privacy & child safeguarding
The wellbeing and dignity of every child we serve is our first priority. We follow strict child-protection protocols, vet every mentor and volunteer, and never share images or personal details of a child without informed family consent.
